Spa Gym in Puerto Vallarta.

Our life fitness gym is equipped with 12 cardiovascular stations including climbers, treadmills, cross trainers and exercise bikes in addition to 21 variable resistance machines and weight training stations. We also offer daily meditation, yoga, and Pilates classes. Private instruction and personal training is also available by appointment. The gym is open Monday to Sunday  from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00p.m.
