Reviewer Comment: Always amazing. We go between GV. NV and Grand Velas Rivera Maya and have stayed at both resorts about 4 times each. It is always amazing. There is never any issue with safety in Nuevo Vallarta. The food in Nuevo Vallarta is slightly better; however, the level of detail with both menu(s) is awesome! The complex flavors and attention to deatil is without compare. This week they are tuning up the menu to take the best of both hotels. The wait staff is highly attentive and never lets your wine glass get empty. As a Grand Velas member, the hotel attemps to upgrad us when it is available. This time we are staying in the 3 bedroom Imperial Spa Suite(404) . If you have not seen it......it is stunning! Thanks Velas Brothers! Keep up the good work. I can not wait for the Velas team to open in Cabo & Costa Rica. Each time they improve and just keep getting better. We hate to go home tomorrow. You will enjoy yourself! Dr. Arbuckle
