Carlos Solís, originally from Puerto Vallarta, earned his degree in Gastronomy from the Tecnológico Superior de Jalisco. During his studies, he worked in various hotels and restaurants across the region and completed his professional internship in Cancún, Quintana Roo.
His passion for Asian cuisine has led him to focus on this fascinating culinary tradition, learning from renowned chefs and through self-guided study of specialized books.
With nearly seven years of professional kitchen experience, he has been part of the Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit team for the past four. For almost two years, he has led Sen Lin restaurant, where he constantly explores new techniques and recipes, committed to delivering authentic flavors and sourcing the finest Asian ingredients.
