Azul Restaurant
Casual attire. During the day - Shorts and T-shirt for gentlemen, and swimsuit with pareo or beach wrap for women (shoes are required). In the afternoon - Tailored shorts, T-shirt (no tank tops) and sandals for gentlemen; casual dress, skirt, shorts or bermuda shorts for women.
Frida, Lucca, and Piaf Restaurants
Please note that specialty restaurants Frida, Lucca, and Piaf have the following dress code: Collared shirt, elegant trousers, and closed-toe shoes for gentlemen; dresses, skirts or trousers for women. Beach sandals, tank tops, and shorts are not allowed.
Booking Policy
General Contract Conditions
- The only accepted payment method is credit or debit card.
- Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance during low season, and 72 hours in advance during high season
- Access to the restaurant will be restricted if the client does not comply with the dress code
- Please arrive 5 minutes before the time of your reservation. There is a 5-minute tolerance; after that time the reservation will be cancelled.
1.1. The client agrees to use the services in a manner consistent with the law, morals, good customs, and public order, as well as with the provisions of these Terms and/or General Contract Conditions. As a result, the client must not use the services, for purposes or effects contrary to law and / or contrary to the provisions of these Terms and / or General Contract Conditions, or purposes harmful to the rights and / or interests of third parties which in any way, may damage the services, of the Abades Triana Restaurant and / or its image.
1.2. The Restaurant may, for greater efficiency and for the benefit of users, modify at any time and without prior notice, the services provided or the operational, technical, and use Conditions of the services. In order to improve the service and establish an optimum level of quality, which is the Restaurant's ultimate goal, customers may suggest those changes they deem useful, by contacting those responsible.
1.3. External Portals: If the client makes reservations through a third party, the reservation confirmation will reach the user through the intermediary agent, and the client must adapt to the policies of the latter. In case of any inconvenience with any reservation, the Restaurant will immediately contact the intermediary as well as the final customer, if possible. The Restaurant can not guarantee immediate availability through intermediaries and is exempt from any responsibility in the management of reservations and/or erroneous confirmations by intermediaries.
1.4. Reserving For Large Parties: For reservations for more than eight guests for the same seating, the Restaurant will confirm each reservation by telephone within 24 hours. If unable to make contact through the provided telephone number, it is indispensable that the client confirms such reservation 24 hours in advance; otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.
1.5. The Restaurant reserves the right to modify these Terms and/or General Contract Conditions, informing users of the modifications made through www. .com
Reservation Services (Including Online Reservations)
2.1. Reservation Services (and online reservation) are intended for booking a service in the Restaurant. The use of these services will imply full acceptance of this Booking Policy. Any special request (special dishes, amenity, celebration, etc.) must be informed clearly in writing or by telephone to the Restaurant and will be valid after the express confirmation of the same by the Restaurant's reservations department; special requests and services may incur additional charges.
2.2. Special requests:
- 2.2.1 Location: The Restaurant does not guarantee the location of the table at the time of booking. At all times, special requests will be considered, regarding the location of the table of each reservation, without being able to guarantee them at any time.
- 2.2.2 Special diets: The restaurant offers dishes adapted for special diets such as gluten-free and vegetarian. In case of having any allergy or special diet, the client must inform the Restaurant at the time of booking so the Head Chef and the Maître are aware.
- 2.2.3 Special dishes or drinks: If a special dish is requested, a prepayment of $25 USD per person will be requested as a guarantee. The reservation department will inform you in such case of the possible payment methods, and that amount will be deducted as prepayment, from the final invoice on the day of the reservation.
- 2.3. Please consider that our restaurant has limited capacity. If you wish to modify your reservation for a larger party, the reservation will be subject to availability for the guests not included in the confirmed reservation.
- 2.4. We have a 100% smoke-free spaces policy, and all guests must comply at all times with the official regulations in force in such spaces; failure to do so will result in the sanctions ordered by the authorities.
- 2.5. The prices shown at the time of booking (Restaurant Menu) include IVA (or equivalent tax) according to the applicable tax rate at the time of booking. In the event that the tax rate changes between the date of the reservation and the date of service, generating a disparity, according to the law, the IVA or tax rate that will be applied to the final price is the one that corresponds at the time of the delivery of the services (or the accumulation of the tax), even in cases where this will cause an increase in the final price indicated to the client during the reservation.
3. Cancellation Policy.
- 3.1. The client can cancel or modify the reservation within a period no longer than 12 hours after reservation, by contacting the Restaurant.
- 3.2. If the client does not arrive for their reservation and does not advise the restaurant, the reservation will be cancelled after the stipulated time margin.
- 3.3. The tolerance margin stipulated for delays in arrival for reservations is 5 minutes.
- 3.4. If you have requested a reservation with special services or dishes, and you do not arrive for your reservation, the advance payment will not be refunded.
