Terms & Conditions
- Rates are per person, per night based on double occupancy, subject to change without notice (not valid for groups). They include taxes and gratuities.
- All reservations must be confirmed with the traveling person's credit card (Visa, AMEX, or MasterCard). A credit card and ID are required upon your arrival. Third-party credit cards are not accepted.
- The discount applies to a maximum of 2 kids or teens per suite staying in ocean view categories; valid to book before March 15th, 2024, and to travel from June 1st to September 30th, 2024.
- Upgrade to the next category is made at the time of booking, already applied through HBSI, limited to a Master Suite with ocean view; valid to book before March 15th, 2024, and to travel from June 1st to September 30th, 2024.
- The Spa credit is per adult per night. For teenagers, it is valid for 2 minors aged 13 to 15 per night. Both credits apply to treatments of 50+ minutes; does not apply to Beauty Salon, Spa Boutique, or Water Ceremony. It cannot be transferred from one guest to another, accumulated, redeemed for cash, or combined with any other Spa promotion. Unused balances will not be refunded. The Water Ceremony and any other Spa service require a reservation with your Concierge or directly at the Spa.
- Golf credit cannot be transferred, accumulated, or redeemed for cash. Unused balances will not be refunded. Golf credit is redeemable only at Vista Vallarta or Marina Vallarta golf courses. The reservations are required and must be requested by your Concierge. Transportation to and from the golf course, golf club rental, cart fee, or Caddie services are not included.
- The boutique discount is not combinable with any other promotions, discounts, or programs.
