TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Rates are per person per night based on double occupancy, subject to change without notice. Taxes and tips are included.
• All reservations must be confirmed with a credit card (Visa, AMEX, or MasterCard) of the traveling person. A credit card and identification are required upon arrival. Third-party credit cards are not accepted.
• The discount on exclusive suites applies to the Master Suite Pool View, Master Suite Ocean View, Parlor Suite Ocean View, Parlor Plus Suite Ocean View, Master Suite Ocean Front View, One-Bedroom Governor Suite, and Grand Terrace Suite.
• The discount on superior category suites applies to the Grand Class Suite and Family Suite.
• Stay included in the rate for 2 children aged 4 to 12 sharing the suite with their parents. 
• The teen discount applies to any suite category, with up to two minors aged 4 to 15 sharing a suite with a minimum of one adult.
• The suite upgrade is subject to availability at the time of check-in.
• The spa credit is per person per night. Applies to treatments of 50+ minutes; does not apply to Beauty Salon, spa Boutique, or Water Ceremony. It cannot be transferred from one guest to another and cannot be accumulated, redeemed for cash, or combined with any other spa promotion or consortia amenities. Unused balances will not be refunded. The Water Ceremony, as well as any other spa service, requires a reservation with your Concierge or directly at the spa.
• The discount on golf rounds can only be used at Vista Vallarta or Marina Vallarta. It is non-cumulative, non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, hotel nights, or any other item; it cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or programs, and cannot be carried over to future stays if unused. Reservations are required and must be made through the Concierge. Transportation to and from the golf course is not included, nor are golf club rentals, cart rentals, or caddie services.
• The boutique discount is not combinable with any other promotion, discounts, or programs.

CHAMPIONSHIP SPECIAL:

• Valid for travel from June 1st to July 31st, 2026. The amenity is at the chef's discretion. The SE Spa credit cannot be combined with other credits or promotions.
• This promotion is subject to change without notice. It is valid only for new and individual bookings. It is not applicable for groups or weddings and cannot be combined with other promotions.
