Had a great stay ...

Had a great stay and found the service to be truly next level. Concierge was excellent, maid service was superb but what really stood out was the restaurants. Especially a waiter by the name of Allan. This guy made the French restaurant the place to be. Can’t say enough good things about him. Super professional.

The food, accommodations and ...

The food, accommodations and employees made our trip to Grand Velas beyond exceptional!! We have not been anywhere in a long time with such great service and kindness from every single employee we came in contact with. The hotel and hotel grounds are meticulously well kept. We highly recommend and will be back!
