From the stunning location to the exceptional service, this is truly a 5 star resort. Our personal Concierge Bella was warm and genuine. She stayed on top of every detail and made sure our stay was pleasant. She is a true professional. The resort itself was immaculate and the rooms well appointed with comfortable beds. We had a few glitches in the room upon checkin that were quickly and efficiently fixed. The sit-down restaurants were beautifully designed and again service was exceptional. The food was great all around but the star was the Mexican restaurant Frieda. We could have eaten there every night and not tired of the menu. The other sit-down restaurants were good overall, though being from the San Francisco Bay Area we have high standards and felt a few dishes missed the mark. The self-service restaurant offered many fresh and delicious options for breakfast and lunch. And who can complain about ceviche and endless drinks by the pool? There were plenty of lounge chairs plus nice cabanas on the sand, always with warm and friendly servers at the ready. The entire operation exemplified a warmth and genuine kindness not often found at a large resort. A welcome respite from a difficult week in our country. We will miss this paradise by the sea!

This was our 3rd visit to this outstanding hotel. Our host Salvatore made sure our stay was as smooth as possible, pool concierge Eduardo was always on top helping us thru out our stay. They restaurants are amazing, especially Piaf, please try their duck ! Overall recommended 10/10
