As always amazing people amazing service and amazing experience. Shout out to Jorge, Nadia and the rest of the pool staff. Luis the best concierge and all of the amazing folks working in suite service, top notch resturants and maintainance. Grand Velas truly feels like home.

I was honestly very surprised by the exceptional hospitality of the resort staff; everyone was incredibly kind, caring, and helpful. A special shout-out goes to Luis, our concierge, who was absolutely amazing. He took care of everything, from booking our restaurants with the best views (something we hadn't even thought to ask for!) to handling last-minute changes and arranging our airport transportation. If you're heading to Mexico and can afford it, Grand Velas is hands down the best all-inclusive resort you could choose.

Absolutely loved our experience. The best service, the best food, the best ambience. We can’t wait to come back!!!
