Este año, mis padres tuvieron la oportunidad de visitar de nuevo, este maravilloso hotel y como siempre, regresaron encantados por la excelente atención del personal, en especial, el joven Sebastián y el gran "Chepe" (concierge) por la excelente calidad humana y profesionalismo con el que tratan a sus huéspedes. Tienen alguna dificultad, acudan con ellos. Excelentes personas!!! Quieren disfrutar unas buenas vacaciones, este es el lugar ideal, quizás algunos lo consideren caro, pero créanme, vale cada centavo. Siempre saludos de Javi y Lety.

This was the most AMAZING experience I have ever had at a resort. The staff were phenomenal and the service was impeccable. Moncerrath and Perla took such amazing care of us the entire time. The food in all the restaurants was so so so good and the drinks around the resort were always DELICIOUS. We were here to plan our wedding for next year, and now we are even more excited to come back! Thank you to everyone who made this such an amazing experience! This is a MUST stay!

There is a reason why Conde Nast calls this resort "beyond inclusive". Its exquisite grounds and stunning architecture are only rivaled by the stellar service. From the gourmet cuisine offered in the five on-site restaurants, to the peacocks roaming the edge of the 3 levels of infinity pools that spill out towards the beautiful ocean front, to the beautifully-appointed suites, this place caters to the most discriminating traveler. We have visited twice within just a few months and we plan to return again and again.
