Me hospedó en grand velas en enero excelente atención de parte de la mayordomo no recuerdo el nombre de la señorita la comida es buena el servicio también ed muy bueno las habitaciones no son acorde a un resort 5 estrellas tuve un inconveniente con un mesero que aparentemente eta muy amable y se ponía propinas exageradas a mi cuenta de la habitación lo hizo por varias ocasiones pero el manases del restaurante se dio cuenta y la administración lo resolvió todo y se disculparon fue una pena pasar por esa situación espero que renoven sus habitaciones me gustaría regresar en otra ocasión.

Muy buen hotel

Overall pretty good vacation. But I was charged 100 for checkout. After spending over 1200 per night, is completely crazy. I had a later flight, and I checked out before 3:00 p.m. but was still charged 100. Kids club was great. Frida was average food for a 5 star resort. Mario Chavez our personal concierge was great. Overall it's that great location with great staff. But charging people $100 for late checkout is crazy, considering it was only a couple hours and only because my flight was later than most flights. Teens club does not open until 3:00 compared to Cabo San Lucas location at 12:00. Food was better in Cabo location. Lucca was great Italian food. Frida was okay. Room service was a little slow, food cold a few times. Really just can't believe it was $100 for a 2-hour late checkout after the price that cost to stay there nightly.
