Such a wonderful resort. ...

Such a wonderful resort. Clean, convenient, and so very friendly. The staff were so welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. Our family’s favorite activity was sitting in the pool area, eating delicious fish tacos, and getting to know the staff. Shout out to our favorite staff person, Leonel, who we looked forward to visiting with every day in the pool area. Thanks for everything, Leonel and the rest of the Grand Velas staff!

This place can set standards for customer service and experience. We have been coming here for several years now and every time the experience is outstanding. You can expect the same experience with their other properties. Food options, entertainment and every small touch or detail makes you feel welcomed and want to come back.

Beautiful, all inclusive, 5 ...

Beautiful, all inclusive, 5 Star resort. The staff is extremely accommodating, food is delicious, lots of options with the restaurants onsite. Everything is clean, safe, family friendly and kid friendly. Lots of options for the whole family, can't recommend it enough!
