Recipe
9 oz Dark Chocolate8 oz Butter
4.5 oz Sugar
4.5 oz Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
5 Eggs
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400o. In a medium heatproof bowl, combine the chocolate and butter. Set the bowl over but not touching simmering water in a saucepan and melt the chocolate and butter, stirring often, until smooth and blended. Stir in the sugar until dissolved. Incorporate the flour and baking soda into mixture. Whisk eggs and add a few at a time, mixing consistently. Lightly butter the inside of the ramekins and dust with powdered sugar.
