Here's a "Boy Toy" That Won't Cost You A Fortune, Let Him Race His Luxury Dream Car at Grand Velas Riviera Maya

Hit The Spa While He Races His Choice of Exotic Vehicle on a Specialized Track, From The Audi R8, to Ferrari F430 and Lamborghini Gallardo

Playa del Carmen, Mexico (August 5, 2013) -- Can't afford to get your honey the Ferrari 612 or the Lamborghini Gallardo? Give him the holiday gift of driving his exotic dream car of choice on specialized courses as part of the new Stay & Drive promotion at the AAA Five Diamond Grand Velas Riviera Maya. For him or her, a $50 Spa Credit per person, per night at the resort's Leading Spa of the World is also included. The package not only includes driving registration for participants, driving lessons and practice run, but two recognition laps, where participants ride with a professional driver to familiarize them with the track, followed by five laps around the track behind the wheel in their choice of exotic car. Guests can further get their adrenaline pumping with a hot lap, where they serve as co-pilot in the car of their choice along with one of the track's professional drivers as they attempt to break the track record.  All driving takes place under the supervision of professional drivers.

The selection of exotic vehicles includes the Lamborghini Gallardo, Audi R8, Ferrari F430, Ferrari 612, Ferrari 360, Camaro SS, Corvette Grand Sport and Lotus Elise. All-inclusive rates include luxury suite accommodations, a la carte gourmet meals at a variety of specialty restaurants, premium branded beverages, 24-hour in-suite service, fitness center, taxes, gratuity and more.

Grand Velas Riviera Maya's Stay & Drive Package starts at $345 per person, per night, based on double occupancy and requires a minimum stay of four nights. The package is available for purchase until December 19, 2013 and from January 2-December 19, 2014. Rates are subject to change.
