Obama and Jeb Bush Would like the Classic Guac – No Peas Thank you – And Salsa New Group Offering At “Beyond All Inclusive, Beyond All Compare” Velas Resorts in Mexico
Puerto Vallarta, Mexico (July 6, 2015) - President Barack Obama and Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush would be pleased with the guacamole, a classic version with no peas, that Velas Resorts is now offering groups as a welcome amenity. The interactive guacamole and salsa bar is now available for groups - meetings, incentives, family reunions and weddings - at each of the four "Beyond All Inclusive, Beyond All Compare" resorts in Mexico. Group guests checking-in enjoy sampling a variety of handmade guacamole and salsa offerings, freshly made in front of guests by a resort chef. The guacamole and salsa bar will be sectioned off in a private area, creating an exclusive and excellent way for group members to mingle as they arrive to their destination. Groups ranging from 40 to 150 persons can reserve the interactive guacamole and salsa bar in advance for up to 90 minutes on day of check-in. The cost is from $280 per group ($7 per person). Service fee is not included.
At each Velas property — the Grand Velas Riviera Maya, Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit, and Puerto Vallarta's Casa Velas and Velas Vallarta -- adventurous palates can also experience a signature hot sauce when dining at the on-site gourmet restaurants. A step further, groups at Velas Vallarta in Puerto Vallarta get a real taste of Mexico with a new guided "Signature Hot Sauce Tasting Experience" poolside that includes explanations on which sauce pairs well with which foods and the heat quotient of the different chilies — eater beware!
