A Sacred Sounds for Sleep CD, Vibrant Nature Silk Eye Pillow, Deep Rest Aromatherapy Roll-On lotion, Restful Sleep bath salts and relaxing handcrafted soap are all included. The music will help heal the mind and soothe the soul with the calming sounds of the Shakuhachi Japanese flute combined with melodic choir sounds. A bath will be prepared with the restful bath salts to help with the preparation for natural, sound and peaceful sleep. The relaxing handcrafted soap, made with lavender, chamomile and Ylang Ylang, will cleanse and moisturize the guest as they relax in the warm bath and help soothe them after a busy day. Before going to bed, guests can opt to use the deep rest aromatherapy roll-on lotion, made with a blend of therapeutic essences and organic aloe vera and jojoba. This lotion reduces restlessness and enhances relaxation for a peaceful night's sleep.
