Can’t thank enough for the great service and attention. Grand Velas takes customer service to the ultimate level

We went here for our anniversary and it did not dissapoint. Service, food, rooms, amenities and cleanliness all 5 stars. Both Grand Velas we have been to have been amazing, but this one is our favorite aesthetically. The service was top tier. I specifically wanted to mention and thank Hipo @ the swim up bar, for giving my husband and I an informative crash course on tequila (such a knowledgeable and friendly person) and also Mario Chavez with concierge. He will make sure your experience is great and sets up everything for you. Hopefully he is our concierge when we come back to the property this fall! Thank you all from the Geroy Family
