What a wonderful resort! This was my first time in Puerto Vallarta. The service was amazing - especially Gustavo and Eduardo at the pool who came by to make sure we had everything we needed and rearrange our umbrellas. They were sure to take care of us every day & were such nice men. The food was the best we've had at an all inclusive resort by far. Love the mushroom soup at Lucca! I'm still dreaming about it. Carlos took great care of us at Azul almost every day. The servers in all the restaurants were fantastic - there are too many to mention! Gabriella, our personal concierge was in contact daily ensuring we had everything we needed and our dinner reservations were always taken care of. The gym had great equipment & the attendant was always helpful and smiling. Our room was absolutely gorgeous. We will be sure to be back.

Gran lugar para una verdadera vacación de grandes y chicos todos la disfrutan el servicio es de clase mundial los cuartos son excelentes la comida está bien y bueno los precios siempre podrían ser más bajos pero en general lo vale
