Excelente servicio y comida.

Beautiful hotel! Highly recommend. We had a magnificent family vacation. The rooms are impeccable, comfortable beds, delicious food at all restaurants, and top notch service. We love the layout of the hotel as well. Our children loved the kids’ club with great activities, fantastic shows and very nice staff. Special shout out to Domenica at the kids’ club. She was so helpful and sweet to my 4 year old daughter, who already misses her!

My family has been coming to this all inclusive resort for 10 years. It is absolutely wonderful. The service is phenomenal at every restaurant, by the pool, and at the spa. Every staff member wants you to have the most relaxing and enjoyable stay.The rooms are very comfortable (especially the beds and pillows!), always clean, and have all the amenities. The resort has three on-site restaurants, Italian, French and Mexican. All are very accommodating for food allergies and have high quality food. Our favorite is Piaf- we recommend the beef filet and ask for the waiter Francisco. The resort is right on the beach which is very expansive and perfect for long walks/runs in either direction. The resort, specifically the pool and breakfast/lunch area, looks out at the beautiful mountains in the distance beyond the glistening ocean. The service at Azul during the day is fantastic, ask for Fidel and Ricardo - they are absolutely the best. If you come in the March it is always 80s and 100% sunny.The sun is much stronger in the spring than in December, the other popular time to visit. We HIGHLY recommend a visit.
