Amazing resort for families with young children. Our room was very clean and spacious. We loved the room service and the baby concierge program - upon request, they provided us with a crib, high chair, bouncer, bottle warmer, and best of all, they washed and sterilized our baby bottles every day. The on-site restaurants also had high chairs available for use. My 6–year-old enjoyed the kids club, especially the daily picnic party near the pools. We were there in early January and it was pretty quiet. There were always lounge chairs available by the pool and attentive staff. They also have activities for adults but it’s not a loud party resort. Our concierge Perla was extremely helpful in providing us with the daily activities/events program and rescheduling our dinner reservation. She also arranged for balloons and birthday cake to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We really enjoyed ourselves and would go back in a heartbeat!
