Leonel was our server at the pool a few times during our trip and he was absolutely awesome. He did a great job of checking on us enough times while also giving us space to vacate. He is also was a great person to have a conversation with! He kept us on our toes with our Spanish speaking skills! I loved that he would refill my drink even when I didn’t necessarily ask or when I was napping! Thank you Leonel, your service at the hotel made me want to come back to the hotel!
David is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! He went above and beyond to make our experience and the hotel amazing! He was always in a good mood. He has an amazing work ethic and should be recognized for that. He works at the pool bar and we would ask him to make us a special drink of his choosing. What we got was always something so tasty and amazing. On our last day he brought us this special pineapple drink that must have taken an hour or so to put together and it was the best way to end the trip. Thanks David! Keep up the good work!
