This was our 3rd visit to this outstanding hotel. Our host Salvatore made sure our stay was as smooth as possible, pool concierge Eduardo was always on top helping us thru out our stay. They restaurants are amazing, especially Piaf, please try their duck ! Overall recommended 10/10

From the moment we arrived, everything felt truly exceptional. The service, the atmosphere, the attention to detail — every part of our stay exceeded expectations. A very special thank you to Restaurant Piaf — the experience there was simply outstanding. The food, ambiance, and service were all top-tier, creating one of the most memorable dining moments of our trip. We also want to express our heartfelt appreciation to Salvatore and Eduardo. Their kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude made our stay even more special. They truly go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and cared for. This is not just a hotel — it’s an experience we will never forget. We will absolutely be coming back!

We often visit Cancun, Puerto Vallarta and Cabo. This is one of our favorite family resorts in Mexico for a few reasons. The facility is beautifully kept and the rooms are all large (over 1,000 sf) and beautiful. Rooms renovated recently in 2025 and it shows. The bathrooms are large with double vanities and very clean. All rooms have excellent views. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is excellent for an all-inclusive resort. The kid’s and teen’s club are better than any resort we’ve seen. The location is also great, only 20 minutes away from the airport, compared to other resorts in Punta Mita which are over an hour away. Most importantly, there are plenty of chairs by the pool and beach for everyone to have access, without having to get up at 6 am to claim a spot. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a little beach getaway.
