This is our second ...

This is our second trip to the Grand Velas in Puerto Vallarta and we are again delighted by the amazing hospitality and attention that we receive from the wonderful staff here. This is a luxury, family resort intended to cater to those who prefer quality over quantity. It has all the elements you would want in a resort holiday, but in a more boutique refined offering. Well done!

Beautiful, all inclusive, 5 ...

Beautiful, all inclusive, 5 Star resort. The staff is extremely accommodating, food is delicious, lots of options with the restaurants onsite. Everything is clean, safe, family friendly and kid friendly. Lots of options for the whole family, can't recommend it enough!

Wow… what an amazing ...

Wow… what an amazing and unforgettable week. The service was unparalleled, the views were priceless and so much more. Special shout out to Leticia from the Wedding Department, to Maria from concierge, Chef Raul and Guillaume, Gilberto, Francisco, and Saturino from the Pool, and all the staff from Azul. Thank you so so much.
