We had an incredible stay at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit, the best all-inclusive experience we’ve ever had. The service was next level from the moment we arrived. A special shoutout to Jorge “Cheppe,” who took care of us throughout the week. He was consistently friendly, proactive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. That level of hospitality really stood out. The food completely exceeded expectations. Every meal felt like true fine dining, not just “good for an all-inclusive.” The quality, presentation, and attention to detail were outstanding across all four restaurants. Dishes were made to order, ingredients tasted fresh, and menus felt thoughtfully curated. The desserts were impeccable, easily on par with high-end restaurants, and a highlight after every meal. Pool service was fantastic, with attentive staff, quick turnaround on orders, and great drinks throughout the day. Everything felt smooth and well managed without ever feeling crowded or chaotic. Room cleaning and turndown service were handled dynamically without ever interrupting us, which was incredibly thoughtful. We would leave and come back to a perfectly refreshed room without even noticing when it happened. That level of detail made a big difference. The spa and hydrotherapy experience were also amazing. The facilities were beautiful, relaxing, and well maintained, and it felt like a true luxury wellness experience rather than just an add on. The only downside was the pool chair situation. Guests tend to reserve chairs and cabanas early in the morning by leaving personal items, then not return for hours. It would really improve the experience if the resort enforced stricter reservation rules or required proper bookings for cabanas. That said, it didn’t take away from how amazing the trip was. We are already planning our next visit. Highly recommend, this place truly delivers.
