Originally we had planned to go to USVI, but due to weather, we changed our plans 5 days before departure to Grand Velas Nayarit. And I am glad we did! The location, customer service, room, beach and food far exceeded our expectations. My daughter fell in love with the hotel she actually cried the day we were leaving. Luis in concierge, Friday at Azul, Jorge & Gilberto were amazing. They treated our daughter like a princess! The hotel is small, but, its very clean, close to the beach, and extremely clean. The pools were clean and beautiful. Access to the beach is close, and the food and beverage service by the beach cabanas was exceptionally good. It was a dream to wake up every morning and greet the ocean from our room's balcony. We will definitely return to Grand Velas Nayarit! Muchisisimas gracias por todas sus atenciones a nuestra familia. Mi hija quedo enamorada del hotel y de todos los empleados, especialmente Frida. La comida estuvo deliciosa, aunque le faltaba mas chilitio, y fue un sueño gozar a mi Mexico!

Fantastic spot! Amazing service & attention to detail. Highly recommend. Our concierge, Dulce, was super attentive & made our stay as easy as could be. All of the staff were ultra personable and friendly. A great place to visit!
