This is by far the best resort in Riviera Nayarit! First off the service is incredible. You get assigned a personal concierge, but honestly everyone is around to help and make sure you are comfortable. Pool service is fantastic especially from Leonel and Zenon. The food is superb, the buffet is fresh with lots of options. The restaurants are incredible as well with high quality dishes. You can tell they have a solid culinary program. The entertainers are always around to make sure the guests are enjoying themselves. The spa as well is absolutely wonderful and such a treat. The gym is a great size with lots of classes and machinery. Even though I don’t have kids they have an incredible kid program. The babysitters all carry first aid pouches and from what I’ve noticed they go above and beyond watching the little ones, to be honest I’ve never seen such incredible care. I cannot stress enough on how safe this resort is and not just this resort but the city itself. The locals are super kind! Even with recent events the security and transportation has been excellent. I will continue to come every year to visit!

Fun place to stay at.

We stayed at this resort in November 2025 and it was truly a five-star experience from start to finish. The rooms were absolutely immaculate, beautifully maintained, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping did an outstanding job every single day. The food was top notch. We genuinely enjoyed every restaurant on the property, but Frida was the most memorable for us. The flavours, presentation, and service were exceptional, definitely a highlight of the trip. Our kids absolutely loved the kids club. The staff there were so friendly, warm, and accommodating. It gave us peace of mind knowing they were having such a great time in good hands. The pool was fantastic. It was large, clean, and somehow never felt busy or crowded. A huge thank you to Nino (Super Nino) and Lionel, our poolside servers, who were attentive, fun, and made sure we were always taken care of. On the beach, Carlos did an excellent job organizing volleyball games and keeping everyone engaged. The beach itself was amazing. Very clean, with waves that were the perfect size for both kids and adults. And the sunsets were perfect. We also can’t say enough about our concierge, Ramon. He truly went above and beyond. When our daughter developed an ear infection from the ocean, Ramon arranged to have all the necessary medication delivered directly to our room within a couple of hours. That level of care and service meant so much to us. Overall, this resort exceeded every expectation. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to families and couples alike.
