We had a great stay at Hrand Velas in Nayarit, Mexico. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a message and a jamica drink to cool off. We then spoke to our concierge who walked us through everything about the property. We set up all our reservations for dinner with her and any activities we wanted to do. Dinner was top notch, both the service and the food. We unfortunately had to leave early for a medical emergency at home. The hotel was kind enough to refund us the last night. We most definitely stay here again in the future and would highly recommend Grand Velas for a great experience.

Beautiful hotel! Highly recommend. We had a magnificent family vacation. The rooms are impeccable, comfortable beds, delicious food at all restaurants, and top notch service. We love the layout of the hotel as well. Our children loved the kids’ club with great activities, fantastic shows and very nice staff. Special shout out to Domenica at the kids’ club. She was so helpful and sweet to my 4 year old daughter, who already misses her!
